At Elitee Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your bed within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your bed for another model, size, or style:
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
The bed must be unused and in original condition.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process quickly and efficiently.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bed arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We will replace or repair the item at no extra cost.
We may request photos of the damage for verification.
5. Important Notes
Custom-made beds or special orders may have specific return policies.
Shipping charges for returns or exchanges may apply, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
